Performance Appraisal System (PAS) is a custom product to manager your employee performance appraisals. PAS manages Initiation phase of the appraisal where employees or managers can define objectives for each employee and it goes for as per organization approval hierarchy. PAS also manages midyear review where employees appraise for their objectives and competencies and goes for approval as per organization approval hierarchy. PAS also manages yearend review where employees appraise for their objectives and competencies and goes for approval as per organization approval hierarchy.
Competencies are linked to employee grading and it defaults at appraisal based on employee grade.
PAS also supports appraisal during probation period
PAS also supports off cycle appraisal for promotion

HR will define dates for each phase of the appraisal, employee can update their appraisals within these dates only
HR can delegate approval etc. from one manager to another manager
HR can provide access to any particular employee if appraisal could be completed within the specified date

Technical and Behavioral competencies are defaulted
Review by employee or manager
Approval as per organizational approval process

Generate email notification for midyear ratings
Employee Rates himself for competencies and objectives based on rating scales
Manager Gets notification and gives his ratings
Section or Department head will review and completes the process
YearEnd Review Phase:
Generate email notification for yearend ratings
Employee Rates himself for competencies and objectives based on rating scales
